A Letter From Our Founder
Hey, everyone!
My name is Kai Wilson, founder of Courage Endurance. Courage was built on the simple idea that people are capable of far more than they believe. Only a few years ago, I went from no endurance to completing a half-marathon within a matter of a few months. All it took was a little bit of courage.
In that process, I was balancing a full schedule with work, responsibilities, and everything that comes with daily life. There were plenty of reasons to wait, to push it off, or to say I didn’t have the time. But I found that progress doesn’t come from having more time. It comes from making the hard choice and just starting rather than waiting for perfection.
For me, training has never been just about fitness. It’s about choosing to show up on the days it would be easier not to. Building a routine around discipline and making the hard choices. It’s about stepping into discomfort, trying something new, and continuing forward even when doubt is present.
More often than not, courage isn’t found in big, defining moments—it’s built through small decisions made every day. Courage Endurance exists to help people build that mindset through training. Whether you’re running your first mile, chasing a new goal, or simply trying to become more consistent, the process is the same: Choose Courage.
